Sherry Wines and Cocktails
The rich colours of sherry wines, their intense bouquet and enormous variety provide more than sufficient arguments for sherry to have traditionally been used by cocktail barmen throughout the world.
We shall now offer a series of recipes which we have collected over the years at the Consejo Regulador. In certain cases they are classic cocktails, in others creations sent to us by professional cocktail mixers from different countries throughout the world. There are cocktails to suit all tastes and for every occasion: refreshing long drinks, creations of greater or lesser sophistication… A panorama as varied as sherry wine itself.
