There are currently 64 bodegas included in the DO Consejo Regulador Shipping Register. These are companies have to be located in the towns of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María or Sanlucar de Barrameda (the Production Zone) and must comply with the requirements established in the Regulations governing the ageing, shipping and selling of sherry wine.
