This is the oldest sherry firm in Jerez, dating as it does from the 18th century.The Fundador firm is made up of an impressive collection of   historical buildings which includes the following bodegas: San Pedro, El Castillo, El Molino, La Tribuna and La Luz. The Mosque, an architectural colossus, is the largest of all and one of the largest in the world.
